Experience

With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and OEM services, EcoWipes continuously improves its processes, diversifies its product portfolio, and expands its market reach. So far, EcoWipes products are available in most major and minor supermarket chains and stores across Vietnam. We have also successfully exported to more than 20 countries worldwide, including demanding markets such as the United States, the EU, and Japan.

Production capacity

EcoWipes is capable of efficiently fulfilling large-volume orders for both domestic and export markets, with a production capacity of up to 60 tons of products per day and an annual output of approximately 22,000 tons. This capacity enables EcoWipes to maintain a stable supply and promptly meet the demands of partners both locally and internationally.

Production scale

EcoWipes proudly owns a modern factory upgraded to cover an area of 7,000 m², integrating production facilities, office space, and warehouse systems within a closed-loop manufacturing process. Additionally, we implement strict standardized quality procedures in accordance with GMPc, ISO, and FDA standards.

Modern technology

EcoWipes has made significant investments in modern automated production machinery. From fabric cutting, solution impregnation, to packaging, every step is controlled by sensor systems and specialized software, optimizing speed, minimizing errors, and ensuring consistency. This advanced technology not only boosts productivity but also reflects EcoWipes’ commitment to delivering high-quality, safe products that meet export standards.

Production line

EcoWipes owns 14 automated production lines, each dedicated to specific product lines such as baby wipes, antibacterial wipes, and various types of multi-purpose dry wipes. Notably, EcoWipes is proud to be the first factory in Vietnam to invest in and operate a specialized production line exclusively for flushable wet wipes, aiming to deliver sustainable environmental value.

Workforce

EcoWipes has a team of nearly 100 employees, including engineers, QA/QC specialists, office staff, and production workers, all of whom are well-trained and regularly undergo professional development. With a spirit of responsibility and professionalism, the EcoWipes team not only ensures consistent product quality but also collaborates closely with partners on OEM product development projects.

Warehouse management

EcoWipes’ modern large-scale warehouse system enables efficient storage, optimized transportation, and effective inventory management. Owing to this, EcoWipes consistently maintains a stable supply and is ready to promptly fulfill large-volume orders within the shortest possible time.
